It took a button presses to navigate to a person about the appoint. They confirmed our information then grilled me on my wife's whereabouts before they only wanted to make one trip. He just kept pressing me about where is she, will she be there, we don't want to come if she will not be there. It seemed difficult to get them to understand that we were not buying a roof today and we were getting comparative quotes for the work. It did not seem to matter. In the end they never came out to inspect the roof. We canceled the appointment figuring it may be difficult to get follow up service if it is this hard to get an inspection.
