"Great job. I thought I needed to replace my deck--the wood looked moldy and pitted. But, after Nathan finished, it looked fantastic. A coat of stain should be all I need now. Before washing the roof, Nathan took photos of it and alerted me to potential issues I might see in a few years--he's not selling roofing replacement so this was strictly a friendly heads up. I hired A1 because they perform low power roof washing, which avoids any potential damage to the tiles. I would recommend A1 without any hesitation."

"These guys did a great job. Our deck has a lot of railings and posts, and it is a bit of a pain to power wash; but they cleaned it down to the last rail. They even did the grill cover and mat. They also got rid of all the tree sap and drippings on the fencing. They were a couple of minutes late because they got caught up in rush hour traffic, but they made up for it by power washing some things that were not included in the original estimate at no additional charge. Their pricing was competitive with all the other estimates I got. Definitely recommend."

"Doug and his team were fantastic. I called him at 9:00pm and he set up an appointment for the next afternoon. He explained in detail what he was going to do and why, and offered suggestions for preventing future problems. The dams were quite large and he worked into the night to get things taken care of, and gave us a discount on top of it. He didn't start the clock until they actually got the equipment onto the roof and fired up. Everything was cleaned up great and he removed all the snow that fell onto the deck and walkways.
