"We had 2 cleaners come for 4 hours total, and they did a great, efficient job in cleaning our condo. Upon arrival they asked if there was anything in particular we wanted done. They were very professional and personable. They also gave us advice on which cleaners to use for our fridge to get rid of the streaks (which we had been previously unsuccessful in doing). Would definitely hire again!"

"We were very impressed at the speed and thoroughness of their work. We have had them cleaning the house every other week for about a year and a half. It is not a 'deep clean' but because they come twice a month the house has looked pretty good. I do not have a museum house by any stretch. We have 2 young children so the house is lived in. They are timely and efficient. The house always smells so clean when they are done. It has been money well spent."

"She does great job on her cleaning, she definitely knows what she is doing, does an exceptional work. During this pandemic, she was extremely extremely safe in providing service to our house, wearing marks and shield, and wears protective shoes, and sanitizes everything she touches on the house on her way out. She uses a preferred vacuum cleaner, and the vacuum bag she uses stays in our house and uses a brand new bags every time, and she never uses a bag from other houses. She uses materials that are exclusive to our house. Lu and Marcia were fantastic. They were efficient, thorough, and exceeded my husband and my expectations! Their services were fairly priced--we will be using them again!"

FAQs for walls & ceilings cleaning service projects in Epsom, NH

Plan on a light wall wash about once a month to keep dust, grease, and stains from settling in. If you have already hired a house-cleaning crew, which costs $15 to $40 per hour, ask them to incorporate this task into their regular visit. Most companies discount 15% to 20% when routine wall washing replaces an occasional, more labor‑intensive deep clean.

The best approach to cleaning walls depends on the type of paint you have. For oil-based finishes, mix warm water, a few drops of dish soap, and a splash of white vinegar. Then, wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth and rinse it thoroughly. Latex paint is more delicate—vacuum first, then use a dry sponge to lift any lingering dirt. Both methods preserve the finish without leaving streaks.

Drying is non‑negotiable after washing your walls. Leaving walls damp invites streaks, water spots, and even mold. After wiping, follow up with a clean towel, then use a squeegee or a box fan to remove the remaining moisture. Completely dry walls stay brighter and resist damage such as peeling, warping, or mildew growth.

Nicotine stains cling to walls and need a heavy‑duty approach. Cleaning professionals charge $200 to $1,000 to strip away the sticky residue with commercial degreasers, intensive scrubbing, and thorough rinsing. The service not only lifts the yellow film but also erases lingering odors, leaving the surface fresh and paint‑ready.
