He provides alternatives so that the home owner can keep the project cost within his/her budget. We started our project to repair a partially collapsed, raised paver patio. When Glen uncovered the first few pavers he realized that the existing patio was poorly constructed. Furthermore, he explained what had happened with our patio, and what would be required to perform the repair. We decided to completely remove the old raised patio and replace it with a ground level patio. Always with costs in mind Glen decided to reuse the existing material which saved us almost all of the material costs for the project. What really impressed me about the Stony Mountain crew and Glen, besides their quality workmanship, was that they showed up on time and put in a full days work. I wanted to replace or cover my cracked concrete patio, and I had priced the cost of materials to do a composite deck over it, which I would have had to build myself.
