He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. Paul and his team are absolutely the best at what they do, and they did a great job.  Right from our initial meeting, Paul was great - he stopped by on a Saturday morning to discuss the work and was receptive to all my suggestions on how I wanted the work done, and understood all my concerns and then gave me a very competitive price quote.  We set up a date to do the work which happened to be bitter cold, but that didn't stop them - they arrived as promised, and got the work done in a very satisfactory manner.  Their craftsmanship is very good overall, and the attention to detail and getting it done right is rare these days.
