The team were friendly, polite, patient in explaining what was needed, put things away and cleaned up the job site. The job ended up being a little more complicated than initially thought but Scott stuck with his original estimated cost for the work. JCP&L showed up and was able to reconnect my power -- it had been out for a week after a storm. Scott called the next day to be sure everything was all right and that I was back in business.
