"One of our rental homes had a bad house fire. We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. "$800 job turned into a $3500 job, partly due to mistakes made by the contractors. Everything took MUCH longer than promised at MUCH higher costs than promised. Siding is falling off, and over a month later STILL not fixed even after multiple promises to take care of it."

We are also big on customer service, we are still around when the job is done and will take care of any problems relating to the job. We do give free estimates and usually have the bids done within a couple of days. We do use repeat subcontractors for specialized activities that we are not licenced to do such as electrical or plumbing. Our main activities are home remodeling and home building but also do commercial work. We do just about everything in a house from drywall to tile, trim work, and flooring.
