I was very pleased with the price he gave me, his promptness in getting the estimate to me, excellent cleanup once the roof was removed. He did look at the Elite panels over the lanai which were leaking, however he was able to repair it very well. "The job was done professionally and on schedule. Excellent work and excellent warrantee. Only problem was their job estimate significantly underestimated the final cost. The problem was that the estimator only saw one roof layer when there were two. One would assume that a trained estimator would know this. They charged extra for removing the second layer, which i found out about after the job was in process. Also, beware of gutter guards, which may need to be removed. If your guards are expensive, make sure reinstallation is included in the job estimate."
