"Good communication. Worked fast and efficiently."

"The Tech was very nice and efficient. He ended up showing up to my house on the same day since I had an emergency leak. It only took him 2 hours to diagnose and fix the problem. Would recommend Piloto Plumbing to all of my family and friends!"

"My tech Donald did a great job overall. However, the front office has a huge disconnect with the billing department. They advertised as a Synchrony finance vendor but even after I specifically asked them if they did accept my Sync Card which was confirmed, Donald didn't know how to process it. He called into the office who promised to call me back to get my account info. They never did, so the next week I called them but was told they had to open a Synchrony account before the job which was illogical knowing I already had one open. So again I was promised a call from billing, so I called AGAIN to be told someone specific would be in touch soon though I said Sync would help them process my payment in a 3 way call but they refused that suggestion. Yet as of another call to them to pay, nobody from billing will apparently call me back. So I'm baffled but waiting on them now to accept my payment from Synchrony because of a 0% payment option available for me which I'm assuming Elite doesn't want to allow. For this issue I'm very hesitant about doing business with them again."

"Jim the contractor was excellent, very professional, friendly, always keeping us in the loop of everything that was happening. Kyle and Eric did a great job installing the cabinets backsplash walls and creating an exhaust for our functioning range hood and installing appliances. Jim came by several times during the month to make sure everything was going well. (we started right before hurricane Irma so she took us out of commission for a week) I would definitely use this contracting company again!! beautiful kitchen!! unfortunately these are the only 2 pictures I can upload at this time, but it is a beautiful finished kitchen! price is approximate"
