"In 2006, Midwest Lifetime Roof Systems in Olathe, KS installed a Gerard stone-coated steel roof on my house. Their work was excellent and the product superior to any other roofing material I had ever seen. Now, seventeen years later, I still have people commenting on how great the roof looks. Just recently I had Roofing Force, (who bought out Midwest), install new gutters. Their workers were exceptional. In fact, I believe the crew included members who installed my roof back in 2006. This gave me a lot of confidence that they could handle the job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They provided a free detailed estimate of what the gutters and installation would cost. As it turned out, Roofing Force was more than $5,000 cheaper than two national gutter companies. The quality of the materials was great. They installed the heavy gauge 6” aluminum gutters with the 3” x 4” downspouts plus sturdy gutter covers screwed down so as not to ever be dislodged by high winds. The crew completed the job of removing the old gutters, installing the new ones and clean up in about 6 hours. In addition, they noticed my stone coated roof required some maintenance. That is; there were some areas where the coating needed refreshing (along the ridge and some of the vent pipes). There was a separate charge for this, but after 17 years this was expected and again, they did an excellent job adding new granular material where needed. I initially spoke with Carlos Luna at Roofing Force about this job. He couldn’t have been nicer nor more professional. Any question I had, he was quick with a response and followed up with me before and after the work was completed. I will also say the same regarding my crew. They showed up on time, were very skillful and very respectful. I could highly recommend Roofing Force to anyone needing a new roof, gutters or any other services they offer."

"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"We found Farm and Home at the KC Home show. We needed siding and windows. John came out and gave us a quote for both. We had interviewed 3 other companies and found they didn't know as much or were mush higher priced. John had extensive knowledge and answered all our questions. They installed the siding first and the windows were installed a couple of weeks later. The installation teams did a great job. They were respectful and cleaned everything up each night. I called John a couple of times with questions and he called me right back the same day. The installer found an issue with something under the old siding, and went to the hardware store, got what he needed, and repaired it. No additional charge to us. I had a question about the hole plugs in the windows so I called the main number and the call was answered right away and resolved. This has been a great experience start to finish. "Last November I spent $2700.00 for Solar to install new guttering on my home. Last week I started seeing problems with the guttering and when I contacted Solar, they sent out a rep to look at the guttering and according to him the guttering was a truly embarrassing work of installation. His comment after inspecting the guttering was " this guttering was not installed properly and I'll be surprised if this guttering even stays on for a year!" I am now responsible for, as they put it, "removing and properly reinstalling the gutters myself!!" Or spend the money once more for them to correct their incredibly shoddy workmanship by properly installing the guttering."

"Our house was built in 1939. We really wanted to keep the window sizes the same and retain the original interior trim. We got estimates from other vendors in addition to Alenco. Alenco's estimate was competitive, did not pad the order with extras, and met our wishes in regards to trim and sizing without hassle. Installation was a breeze. Honestly, I don't know how the installer was able to everything he did in one day. He was pretty amazing (and nice as can be). Alenco had not been my first call when looking for a vendor, but ONLY because the home office is in KC. Don't let that deter you. There was absolutely no issue based on distance. They are big enough that Topeka was just fine."

"Ross made the first contact, examined the problem area, and explained what was causing the leak and what was needed to fix it. Had other roofers "fix" the problem area in the past but none made a repair that lasted through but a couple of rain storms. Repair was made by Applehanz crew and since we've had at least 3 good heavy rains without any indication of a leak.Will call on them again if roof work is needed."
