We set a date for him to come out and look at my door, I spoke to him about replacing the door, he assured me that he would fix my door and I would be happy and there would be no need to replace the door. He was sooo right, he not only arrived early, but answered any question I asked and he didn't make me feel as if I was bothersome. I am happy with the repair and I even got a new handle that matched the new esthetics of my home decor. Excellent experience, great job, very happy!!..Thanks again.."
