My business career to date originated with River West Construction which is a family owned and operated business that started in 1987. Our business specializes in interior and exterior construction. During the length of my career, with River West Construction, I have built over 50 custom made homes and Commercial buildings including the following: Taco Bell, KFC, Qdoba (owned by Jack in the Box), Casey Muffler and Brake, Lime Light Night Club, and Badger Murphy. Recently, our family business has down sized as an owner operated construction business in order to efficiently meet the needs of our customers and provide them with the skills and expertise that we are equipped with, allowing us to handle any job. We are now able to focus on our customers' individual needs and meet those needs to our best abilities, providing high quality customer satisfaction. Through our owner operated business we can successfully take on home repairs, small jobs, or complete remodels. "We used this company because of a referral. If we could give this company a zero we would. We had our windows (Advanced Windows brand) installed in our home on September 13, 2021. FIRST; the crew showed up TWO hours late. No call to advise that they were running behind. We had to call the owner to be sure we were still on and he said yes. That was at 20 minutes late. Then we called again when they were an hour late. The owner said they were “probably” getting supplies. Still no apology. Then we tried calling the owner when they were two hours late and received his voice, which was full! So we couldn’t even leave a message. When the crew finally arrived, no apology. Casement windows were installed. One casement window installed opened the same as the other casement window instead of the opposite. Ok, fine not a great big deal. But still. Then one of the guys removed a tarp that they had covering part of our guest bed and lamp, knocking down the lamp bending the stem on it. He wasn’t even going to tell us. We had given them bottles of water. One of the guys working downstairs on the family room windows placed the water bottle right on our wooden top for our fireplace mantel AFTER we had provided him with a coaster. Had to ask him twice to use the coaster. We just didn’t want a ring on our wood from the water bottle. Another gentleman was a smoker. We provided him with an ashtray (outside) and he never used it. He used our driveway and lawn instead. Very unprofessional. We sent the owner a text wanting to discuss the experience. He never responded. If you want Advanced Windows brand, which so far we are extremely happy with DO NOT USE ROSTZORKVIT CO (Igor is the owner). Contact Advanced Windows yourself and use them directly, but don’t use Igor’s company."
