They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. They never left a mess and were easy to communicate with. We are very happy with the whole experience and our house looks awesome! Thanks Krumwiede Home Pros we are happy we met you!"

"The sale rep was very professional in helping us choose the carpet but it then went downhill after that. Took almost 4 weeks and a few emails to set up the installation date. Installers were sub-contracted which basically means they work as quickly as possible to get to their next job. They were very nice but installation was so-so. The seam running through the middle of the room could have been done better and where the carpet met some vinyl flooring was poorly done. So I fixed that and everything looks OK but I paid to have some old carpeting on the steps removed and hauled away. The carpet was removed but only hauled away to my garage. The left over carpet was also just strewn in the unfinished part of the basement. I emailed the sales rep pictures of this and have yet to get a reply 3 days later."
