"Pro Grade Asphalt gave me a great price that was much better then competitor offers. They completed the driveway while I was out of town and it came out looking great. After they had sealed the driveway it rained quite bit which pooled in a couple of the low spots on my driveway. This caused those spots not to get sealed properly. I told Pro Grade about it and they came out immediately after I contacted them and patched it up perfect for me. I am 100% satisfied with the work they completed and would recommend using them to anyone. I will be using them again myself."

"We are in the Conifer area at about 9000 feet, so probably waited a little late in the year (Oct 10th) to ask Mike for help. Yet, he came out to the house quickly and was willing to attempt our driveway crack repair and seal project, even though we had just had a snowfall. He explained very clearly the possible problems, and was very upfront and honest about not being able to complete project if driveway was wet. His honesty was much appreciated, as we did not find that with another (non-Home Advisor) contractor we contacted (who started with a price that was 3 times as high as Mike's -- which we didn't know at the time -- and then reduced in half when we told him we were considering going elsewhere). Mike's pricing was VERY reasonable, and he offered a 12 month, 2 service call warranty if any cracks split open again. He and crew came back a couple of days later, and did a fabulous job. I would recommend him unequivocably."

"Isaac's bid was not the lowest nor the highest bid to power wash, repair and paint our stucco siding, but my decision to hire him was definitely the right one. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done. Isaac did the power washing himself and then sent a hard working crew to do the rest. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and sure to note any small thing they might have overlooked. When I did, they fixed it immediately. There were a number of cracks and even a few places where the stucco had crumbled but now I can't even tell where they were. There were some hard to reach areas, like behind shrubs, but they were done without any physical damage to the shrubs or flower beds. The land on one side of our house slopes at a fairly steep angle but that was not a deterrent. It is so very reassuring to have a contractor like Isaac who is meticulous about carrying out all of his promises. I recommend him highly."
