" I scheduled the second half of a repair [ball bearing] to my Maytag ; it had been delayed by 9 weeks by my cancer diagnosis and chemo. I was assured in a text that my written [I have a copy] estimate was saved in their computer system. The next day the tech arrived, took the back off my washer, took pictures with his cell phone, told me ?it needed a ball bearing and then everything would work fine,? and left. He was in my apartment no more than 20 minutes. He did absolutely nothing to complete the repair. I called W-M and was transferred to Alex. Alex said he ?would look at the pictures? and try and decide if W-M could do the repair for the amount quoted in my written estimate. Seriously? You are going to try and decide if you can be as good as your word? Alex said he would call me back. He didn?t. I have open wounds from chemo and no way to keep my clothes clean."

Mike had the nerve to tell me "he was losing money this job." Well, Mike never checked the other areas Shawn had finished. I had to redo my kitchen plumbing 5 years and ago. I also have had to replace my shower tile due to the incompetence of this company. No apologies, or accountability for the disaster.
