"Punctual and very professional job"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"I called them for an estimate and he came right out.  They worked with my insurance company estimate and provided me with prompt and professional service.  They came out and ripped off the old roof , picked up all the debris and nails and put on my new roof.  They did a great job and I would definitely use this company in the future for other construcion needs around my home.  Quick professional service.  No payment requested until the job was completed. <br />"

"My husband and I recently moved to the area and were unsuccessful in finding a home that met our needs. In searching for a reliable builder, we came across a spec home Dykes Construction had under construction. We liked the plan, but didn’t want to live in the city limits. After finding a suitable lot and house plans, we sat down with Vaughn Dykes and went over specifics. We were on a tight budget and wondered if we could get what we wanted at the price we could afford. He worked up an allowance sheet for the house plans and showed that it was possible. During the next three months, Vaughn Dykes stayed in constant contact keeping us up-to-date on the entire process.  He was accommodating when I asked to make changes along the way. It became apparent through the process that Vaughn had a great eye for detail and was a perfectionist. The whole experience was wonderful. It was obvious from the beginning that it was important to him that we, the home owners, were happy. This was our third home building experience and by far the most pleasant!"
