I have over 25000 hrs of experience and wont make the mistakes they will. I am versed with the following: Interior & Exterior. Residential & Commercial. Walls, trim & Ceilings. Drywall repair & knockdown textures. Ceiling texture removal and water damage repair. Deck, Fence & Concrete Powerwashing. Deck & Fence Staining and Painting.
"This is about kitchen cabinets and countertop. On the first day I specifically asked him if I need new cabinets, he said No. He said that can make my existing cabinets look good. I paid him $1000 upfront and another $1000 was due at the satisfactory He sent me a picture of how my rejuvenate cabinets will look like (I have all the texts). Prior to the work, some drawers were misaligned but functional. After the work, drawers no longer function and one drawer does not open at all. The countertop was cut short and an exposed 2×4 was used to hide the error. The conditions shown in the photographs demonstrate improper installation and finishing. Functional components that previously operated were rendered inoperable, including drawer systems. The use of exposed framing lumber to conceal a short countertop cut is inconsistent with basic construction standards. The defects are not cosmetic and require substantial corrective work. "
