"I was a little hesitant ordering stone veneer for my kitchen through the internet.  Mark at Stoneyard was excellent, sent me samples and help me decide which stone to use. Due to cabinet specifications and width restictions in my kitchen, we spent several weeks back and forth on options and dealers to get me thin stone.  Mark was very patient and professional the entire time. He  ordered all my stone through a 3rd party.  The actual stone took over 5 weeks from delivery, but I was kept in the loop the entire time.  It was delivered right to my door. This is not a simple process of running to the store to grab stone, and definitely worth the wait. I used a mixture of Boston Blend and Colonial Tan, both ledger and ashlar.

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time.
One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively.
But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale.
