"This project was such a breeze with these folks! They were very quick with getting fence up so my dog could enjoy (finally) a fenced in yard. We had a deadline due to my husband leaving for deployment and they were on it. The parts were delivered seamlessly, their work is professional and they clean up after everything! We were new to this neighborhood and the compliments I continue to receive for our fence are never ending. I highly recommend this business if you’re looking for a fair price, good work, and honest work all in a timely manner."

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"Estimate was higher but I saw a LOT of extra work done while the crew prepared for the posts and border areas. These young guys dug old shrubs out by the roots! Sightlines along the fence border are major upgrades. Beautiful fence. Best thing that Ive gotten done all year."

"I highly recommend Adian. He and his crew were efficient, polite and respectful. They arrived on time and set to work, repairs a bad job that another contractor did. They installed the split rain fence and attached the wire exactly how I wanted it done. I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I needed more work done. Thank you!"

"Dave Aaronson is a quality pro who knows his stuff. He installed the front door and storm door and the fire door and the back door. He was so friendly and helpful. He was on time and finished in a timely fashion and he cleaned up after himself. I hope to hire him again."

"We had a great experience with PSQRD and Phil the owner. The project was finished on time and they had really lived up to their commitments. The fence is just what we envisioned from the beginning. We recommend this company to everyone that wants a fair price and a honest contractor."

"The two man team arrived on time and through previous e-mail description were familiar with my specific installations. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival to reconfirm. Courteous and professional, they arrived on time.
Our house was built in the 1940's prior to the electrical 1970's mandate for three-prong outlets.
At the price of $196 and the work completed, this Angie List purchase was a true value.
