This is very physical labor and very taxing on the body: hammering old concrete, hand digging footings, properly installing new footings, this was a lot of dirt, rock and cement going in and out of the basement, yet the crew (Justin, Francisco, Brandon) always maintained a great attitude and worked continuously. The guys were very polite and professional. They were accommodating and answered all my questions. We ran into a few oddities and Justin was able to modify and resolve with a few phone calls to the engineers. We were able to raise the house up 1/4" to 5/8", before we stopped due to plaster starting to crack. We now feel comfortable continuing restoration of this wonderful 100 year old home, onto the next 100 years!!"

(painters, flooring, plumbers, electrical). She was easy to work with, and answered all of our questions. She also kept the project moving along.  During the project, the employees of Koch who worked in our home were always courteous.  At the end of each workday everything was put away, and the workspace was swept. The end result was gorgeous!! Since the construction, we have had Koch come back to make a few minor repairs or adjustments. They always came back immediately. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly.
