"This experience started out well. I scheduled a move that had a few stops. The move date also needed to be changed. They were understanding and helpful about this. That is where the assistance and communication stopped. Once my move was completed, I tried to file a damage claim. I recently had new hardwood floors installed. A claim was filed because they slid my couch across the floors. When they did this it put fairly significant gashes in the wood (pics attached). The claim was filed the same day and followed up the next day. I was told it would take at least until the following week to be looked at and they would be in touch. I did not hear back from them by midweek so I reached out again. I was told they were still working on it and that Eddy would be reaching out. It has now been 3 weeks with no response about the claim or to see if anyone has reached out to resolve."
