"Failed to show up on agreed upon work date due to overbooking. Bid vinyl for an aluminum replacement, then was unresponsive about bidding aluminum. When we decided to go elsewhere, six months later they sent us an invoice for an additional, arbitrary $3k for work not performed. We disputed the invoice and never heard back until we got another invoice another seven months later seeking double the original amount including monthly interest and an ‘overhead & profit’ fee."

Work was guaranteed to be done in August 2020, and after numerous emails unanswered by Bill and nonreturned phone calls worked finally showed up in November to do sod and mulch. Bill then said I was 'on the list' for English Ivy install spring of 2021 as it was too late in the season to plant the ivy in November. August 2021 and nothing. I give up."
