He applied for all of the permits, purchased all the materials and provided all the labor needed to properly complete the job in a timely fashion. He kept me informed every step of the way thus relieving me of any anxiety with such an extensive job. And his price was fair and his estimate was almost exactly what he had proposed in his initial cost estimate. The variance occurred only because the County required a different and larger support beam which cost was a little more than was estimated.
