"Originally quoted 3-4 days, which became 7 days, which turned into 14 days. Only 1 rain day. Overall probably more involved than originally anticipated. Good thing Mike Osbourn Lawncare has a 1-year warranty! Crews did NOT appear to have been briefed well by the previous-day's crew. I provided a detailed outline of job parameters with photos. Referred to outline, day-after-day with each day a different set of employees. The first-day crew destroyed our front yard. Mr. Osbourn replaced most - but not all - of the ruts with a fescue. Which of course did not match our Zoysia. No response from Mr. Osbourn when I inquired about the difference, except that he had provided "free grass and straw." (They regraded my front yard without permission.) The company destroyed our asphalt drive although we were told some of the edging would be chipped and cracked. Not a big issue since we were contracted for a totally new drive. I was told that part 2, the free-standing accent wall, would take too many cuts and they would not replace as specified. Discussing with Mr. Osbourn, the wall (the 2nd part) was removed with a reduction to the total, His crews worked hard and diligently. A few employees spoke English well enough to converse with. I was not sure exactly when a crew would show up - they began 3-days early without notice, and worked on other projects without notice. Emailed the office since Mr. Osbourn's voice mail was always full. During the day Mr. Osbourn was available via text. When I inquired about an issue, I was told I "nit-picked" more than any customer. When I pointed out a big deviation from original specifications (error), I was told I "complained" more than any one else. (Several times I did point out that their new wall did NOT conform to our "old" walls footprint or height. I did strenuously point out they had built the walkway step in the wrong place, which they did reconfigure.) Overall, I suspect these three projects were more complex than originally anticipated. They did NOT adhere to specifications and made changes without checking with me - I believe they may not have even been aware that changes were being made."

"Renfro was outstanding. They first cleared out dirt (and a small tree stump) to create the proper grade. They were communicative throughout the whole job, and finished by cleaning up the area, making it look incredible. They originally weren't going to be able to do our job for a couple of months, but an opening came up and they got us in early. <br />  Look no further than these guys if you need any concrete work done at all. "Tim and his helper were excellent. Tim came to give quote within a couple of days. Showed up when they said they would. Did a heavy duty seal coat on long asphalt driveway, repaired a spot on a walkway, and built a low curb for me (to direct rainwater runoff). They did a great job on everything, down to taping off some pavers on one side so they wouldn't get sealer on them. Gave clear instructions for eventual sealing of curb and repair area (new asphalt needs to cure), and left some materials for me for a small area I wanted to do later (after I moved some pavers). Professional and quality work. Everything was done well."

"I would recommend them for any landscaping needs 100%. I would think that any professional landscaping company would have a working knowledge of how to make a garden or yard dog or cat friendly, but they seemed to be operating on "street knowledge". That's my only complaint. I can't be the only person out there that has those concerns for their pets. They were professional and fixed the issues I asked them to, and I would recommend them again."
