"One workman was sent over to fix leak. Work took one hour, for which we were charged $1600. We thought we had an emergency situation. THE COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. Even if the work was done properly, The fee for one hour of work is outrageous"

A Service call is $65 for the first half an hour, and $45 for each addtional hour after that. Many jobs can be priced at a flat rate though.
