"We have now used AJ and his roofing/handyman company for two complete roof replacements and 2 roof repair jobs. The first roof repair job AJ stepped in to correct errors made by a different roofer who "disappeared" when a home inspector called out the work. AJ came in on short notice and saved the deal, the house closed on time. The first roof replacement did not have any surprises and was completed quickly and expertly, plus comes with a 5 year warranty. The second roof replacement had an extremely steep roof and presented many surprises for everyone. AJ kept us informed of his findings and did an expert job in correcting all of the issues for a reasonable price. Despite all the unexpected work he was able to complete the job and the house closed on time. The second roof repair also had a few small surprises which AJ was easily able to handle at a very reasonable price.
