Charles came out as soon as weather permitted and gave us a clear explanation of the work needed on our 15-year-old roof so it would pass muster with the insurance company. He was able to schedule us in quickly, and he was clear on what we needed to do beforehand. He and his helper did an excellent job despite the windy conditions, and they left no mess for us to deal with. His rate was very reasonable. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

Then i come home a few days later and see they left a door knocker on my door saying they did the work. I would rather have been there when they were doing the work so that I could have known for sure that they completed it. lack of communication was not appreciated in this situation."
