I called Power Surgez and spoke with Kenny (very kind and professional) on December 2nd around noon, and to my surprise, Kenny immediately assigned 2 electricians to come to my home early the following day (December 3, 2024). They completed all the work in approximately 2 hours. I love that Kenny not only dispatched his workers to my home, but he also communicated with me regularly. "WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again.
