Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very different. In May, we were told the remaining work would take three weeks, but it wasn't completed until July 14. Communication from the owner was poor, and we repeatedly had to ask for updates. The work only wrapped up after we stressed an important deadline. The quality felt rushed. We were quoted for 6 feet of flooring but only about 4 feet was replaced. The crew left debris on our freshly stained deck, including over 10 screws we removed ourselves. Construction debris wasn't picked up until the next day, and we weren't informed. Our new exterior door was also left unfinished, requiring more repairs.
