Cris talked with me every morning and explain what they would be installing each day. They arrived on time, set up and got to work. Cris and his crew cleaned up along the way, they were all very polite and knew what they were doing. We had a beautiful front door installed by Lake Washington Windows And Doors in 2022. We are so happy we decided to have them install our new windows. These windows are amazing but Cris and his crew are also amazing. Way to go, Lake Washington Windows and Doors!"

"This review is long overdue in my praise of Washington Energy Services for their customer service, pricing and workmanship ! My first interaction was in 1999 when they installed windows throughout my house. They are still in excellent condition. I might note I called them over 20 years later to inquire on how I could repair a broken slider and they sent someone right out, charging a very nominal amount to repair it. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. I settled on one with a booster that seemed to best fit my needs. Finally, in December 2023, I purchased a new gas furnace from WES. I had a minor issue with a fan switch and they responded quickly to rectify the situation. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"

"So this is a continuation of a door measuring and order placement fiasco. I called to ask for a quote on ordering doors, I was told I'd pay for someone to come out, but I could use a portion of that toward future service (I think it was $125 of the $225 total which I was fine with)- though on the last call with the sales manager, I was told this wasn't true at all, and that they didn't train their people to do this. I emailed several times, because I like to have conversations in writing, so that things don't get misunderstood. You have a paper trail. After emailing 3 times with no resolution (no quote that I had asked for, and no complete set of measurements. I received several calls, then an email asking me to call. I told them I couldn't decide if I wanted them to order doors for me without a quote obviously, and I couldn't see how they could place an order with so many measurements missing from my doors (heights, back-sets, hinge thickness)- none of which I ever got. I was told that there must have been a misunderstanding, and there was confusion on who would be ordering the doors, and that is why they didn't respond with a quote? doesn't make sense. Anyway, after all the wasted time, I did receive a full refund for the time it took to do the "measurements" as they obviously were incomplete. Our previous experiences with Shirey had been great, this one not so good. I have to say- the person who came to measure was very professional and polite, and punctual."
