It was in a difficult location to reach in our backyard with the equipment but they were able to make it work. The communication was great through the process and the work was very well done."

The crew was just as impressive. A full team arrived with a bucket lift and limbed up several big Douglas firs, did conifer cleaning, and took down two medium trees. They worked seamlessly together, checked in with me repeatedly to confirm limbing heights, and even fixed my chainsaw when I mentioned it was having issues. He then came out with the stump grinder and took care of the rest. It was all done by 1:00pm!! I cannot recommend Sound Stump more highly. "Initially the owner was responsive after my call and came a few days later to do an estimate which he quoted would be around $1700. He also had a specialist with him since the trees were leaning into a large maple. He said he had an opening the next day to do the job. I agreed. Well it  took much longer than anticipated with his men looking at the trees for over an 1 1/2 hours with out doing any work. I feel this was not explained very well and if you choose this company get a written bid. I spoke directly with the owner and he had many  reasons why the job took so long and needed extra men. To him this was rare event and he was concerned with the safety of his men. Therefore the price was increased for the job. Good luck to you if you choose this company to do work for you.
