They power washed, repaired stucco, caulked all joints, masked, used drop clothes everywhere and painted stucco and trim. All painted lines were sharp and clean. "I live in a gated community of Greer ranch in Murrieta, the association rules are very specific on high-quality painting, etc. I’ve used Jonathan at different times in the past, he’s every man of his word, and what he said, he would do followed by some of the most detailed painting I’ve ever seen. On the vice president of one of the largest associated concrete companies in the United States, and I see a lot of high-end homes. And I do have to say some of those paint jobs don’t align with the quality of what Jonathan delivers. Even today a couple years later I look around my home and notice all the very precise details. "On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."
