"Significant problems were encountered in my project when it was discovered - after the demolition - that an accelerant had been added to the concrete by the builder during construction. Accelerant produces super hard concrete which will not accept acid stains. This problem could not have been anticipated ahead of time and it forced Floor Seasons and I to fundamentally redesign my project "on the fly". This isn't a situation that either Floor Seasons or I would have wished on ourselves, particularly since the demolition had already been conducted! However, John and Brandon determinedly stuck by me, by their commitments, and their own standards for customer satisfaction.
