"Excellent work by Joe D. and Jorge C. on a recent home renovation. 80% of the old light fixtures were swapped for new ones. The guys arrived at the home within the time window quoted. They installed the new light fixtures carefully and in a reasonable amount of time. Many were ceiling fixtures, requiring ladders to complete the job. The ladders were placed safely and respectful of the recently painted walls and ceilings. The completed job was absolutely outstanding! Major props to Joe and Jorge for doing a phenomenal job! I will definitely call on BQ Electric again for any future electrical work."

"I have no problem with the quality of the work performed or the professionalism of the technician. He was very efficient and polite and did the work quickly. I'm very happy with the results of the work. The new light switch works great. My issue is with punctuality and responsiveness. My appointment window was for 12-4 pm, and the technician didn't show up until after 5. I did not receive a phone call, text or email to inform me that he would be late. I called the office to inquire and was told that someone would get back to me. Nobody called back. It would have been nice to know what was going on. I had no idea what was going on until my bell rang at a little after 5 and the technician arrived. I would have appreciated an explanation or an apology, but I received neither. For that reason, I can't give an A rating across the board. Based strictly on the quality of the work, I would hire again, but I was not happy with the other aspects."

Always reliable, extremely professional and maintains an office manager Nicole who knows what's going on, on all their projects so you always have someone to contact during business hours. Eddies crew is based of long time employees that are very knowledgeable in there work. Eddie will always get back to you even after business hours, which is not the norm for many vendors. "I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise.
