He came out a day later and his crew installed the fence. There was a mix up on some panels but he sent the crew back the next day and switched out the panels that were not the right color. They also built two custom steel framed wood gates that are amazing and allow me easy access to my trailer. "I needed a fence to keep my horses from getting out on the road via a new gate I'd had installed a few months earlier. (Another company did it.) In May the gate started opening randomly by itself at odd times and my horses were escaping. I had to chain up my new automatic gate, which defeated it's purpose! Apparently the former installer hadn't coded the automatic opener correctly. So in addition to building a new 585 foot three-rail vinyl horse fence that followed my curving driveway from the road to an existing fence around my house, Carlos reprogrammed the faulty fence opener for me. My new fence has two double gates, a 12-foot and a 10 foot. It was completed in less than a week in June. I live south of Dallas and Carlos is in Greenville so it was quite a drive for him. The new fence was a substantial investment, but besides serving the purpose I needed, it is really beautiful. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. My place now reminds one of a championship Thoroughbred farm in Kentucky."

"Showed up on time and as scheduled. Our project manager (Jason) was very nice and responsive to our questions. He was on vacation, but still made himself available when we had a question or needed something. Fence and shutters look great. They did a good job of avoiding overspray on plants, grass, and other structures. It is a brand new fence. We have jasmine running along one side, and I didn't realize how quickly it had spread and begin crawling up the fence. They just sprayed over it. When I pulled the jasmine off of the fence, I could see where the stain got blocked by the jasmine. It says on the estimate that trimming plants away from the fence is the responsibility of the homeowner. I asked Jason to deliver a small can of stain so I could touch up the fence, and within a couple of days, he did."

"Ergeon was very quick to get back with me and answer my calls. They are fantastic about getting back to you quickly. They do a virtual meeting to go over everything and give you a quote and then they send a guy out to measure and make sure their quote is accurate. I wanted a hog wire panel fence. There was a bit of a hiccup in scheduling the installation because they needed supplies shipped in. I'm a tiny bit disappointed because the installers showed up with a roll of welded wire that they stapled to a wood frame-so it wasn't framed panels. I still love the look of the fence but I think the idea got lost along the way."
