You couldn't see anything except weeds in my flower beds. They cleaned up all the flower beds, edged my lawn, even cleaned all the weeds from my patio. My yards haven't looked this good in years! I was happy with the pleasant voice of the associate, the follow up email that contained detail instructions and information about the process the crew would use to clean my gutters, and the payment process. The manager was present and provided a crew of 3 men who completely cleared weed & ivy "jungle" from the back section of the yard leaving only the lilac and forsythia as requested. Trimmed dead branches as requested. Communication was easy with the workers as well as the boss. He also offered to come back a week later to be sure I had all the information I needed to maintain the yard/plantings . I initially contracted with him for the work in early May but given the late spring time he said he would be delayed in getting to my work. However he told me about his time frame, and even called me once to be sure I knew that the rain delayed him a bit more (which I appreciated) .There are so many landscapers who don't call back, don't show up, and/or don't follow through once an estimate in done.
