"Jared arranged to paint on a Saturday due to his schedule and arrived on time dove right in. He and his assistant had both rooms done, but we were having rainy weather so the bedroom wasn't drying fast enough for him to put on the second coat. He offered to return later that day and apply the second coat. He took great care to protect my furniture and floor and did an absolutely beautiful job. I would hire him back any time."

"Called a different provider first, who did not bother to call me back.  As a side note, that's becoming a major irritation across all manner of small businesses.
Called Gardner Construction and left a message.  Leanne called me back a day or so later (they had been out of town).  I explained the problem and she arranged for Jerry to stop by on the following Saturday to take a look, which he did.  He explained why the problem had occurred and how it would be fixed.  I got the quote at that point. 
Since it was January in Minnesota, Jerry told me we would have to wait until a relatively warm day to do the job.  A week or so later, he called me to say that the coming Thursday was forecast to be warm enough to get the job done.  It was nice to see this level of proactivity.  On Thursday as arranged, two of his crew arrived and did the whole thing.  My wife told me that they were very pleasant people.
I'm in the process of selling and it was really important to me to get this repair done as soon as possible.  Jerry Gardner and his team enabled that to happen.  I recommend them.

"The project was complicated, with footings, foundation walls, and brick and a special stone facing, all having to be very precisely installed, and then a stamped and colored concrete sidewalk installed.  The work was started in the fall, and then delayed over the winter.  The work was finished the following spring, later than we had requested. In the end we are very happy. The workmanship was excellent.
