Other concrete companies I'd contacted either didn't return my calls, said they would show up for a consultation and then were no-shows, or didn't respond for over a month. After our first appointment, he gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the work he recommended to fully waterproof my basement (sidewalk and french drain on one side, regrading the other). In total it was more than I wanted to spend right now, so I opted for just the sidewalk. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. His crew was prompt, professional, and fast.
