"We used this company for several years for snow plowing, but would never hire them again. The driver was really bad about driving up onto the lawn, but the last year was the worst. He pushed snow so far up into the yard before the ground was frozen, that he made enormous ruts in the lawn from all 4 of his truck tires that were almost impossible to fix in the spring. It required us to do extensive work hauling in dirt, tamping around the ruts, seeding, and watering. Complaints about this issue over the years were ignored, with the supervisor unwilling to come out and address the situation.
