Each time I speak with a driver, I’m told they have no idea about the request. This ongoing lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I’ve given Waste Management multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, but nothing has changed. At this point, I’m considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."
