"I took lawn service through Brian and paid full year. Never pay in full with Dr Green. they stop responding to your requests and calls. They advertise 4 additional services but do single spray and say it covers everything. I think 4 additional free treatments are just to get people buy service. No use in them. And they send people who unprofessional. Dont take this service if you have vegetable garden. They just spray with wind and wish it does not kill your plants. One more thing, when you call for re-service they schedule it and person just leaves without even getting off vehicle and we get email that service is done. Their product is mediocre at best. i see patches on my lawn and weeds still growing at few places. KEEP away from them"

"Quick to respond & came out for estimate. Told me they 'might' be able to install sod the next day or two. Did not hear back to confirm but the crew just showed up one morning. They did NOT grade the yard or put a layer of good soil down to level out low areas before laying sod. Sod was laid down over current weeds. The area looked like a roller coaster. A couple of sprinkler heads were covered & cut around termite lids (instead of removing them). A few sod pieces were laid over our lot line into the neighbor's yard but stopped part way down. They didn't do an area we wanted done. I called the owner to come for inspection. After I insisted, he had someone come by to put a 'little' soil down in a couple of really low areas, removed pieces overlapping our lot line but left a very uneven side line (placed it in the area missed). Owner kept saying 'it will fill in'. But...you can feel how uneven it is when walking on it. I was really surprised at the unprofessional job. The reason I hired a well established company was to get a professional job done. I could have done it myself for what I got from them. My fault for not asking better questions before allowing them to start."
