Organic Lawn Top Dressing & Organic Lawn Fertilization. I started this company to offer an organic, safe lawn application that really gets results. Using our specialized spreaders we spread wonderful rich compost to build your soil in your lawn and landscape. Compost improves the structure and texture of the soil enabling it to better retain nutrients, moisture, and air for the stronger, healthier plants. This organic matter feeds the soil microbes that are vital for good diverse soil environment. Compost helps to control diseases and insects that might otherwise overrun a more sterile soil lacking natural checks against their spread. Compost can save lots of money too - reducing costs of replacing sod and plants, use less water, reduce cost of herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers. Results may vary due to turf and soil conditions. Most people see their turf thicken & bare spots fill in. It usually take a few weeks to begin to see results. Gradually compaction lessens and the soil may even feel softer. "The services performed included general tree pruning for 3 Chinese Pistache trees, installing a cable/bracing, and deep root fertilization. Derek came to the house and was very polite and personable and gave me a detailed job description with a very reasonable estimate. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner; Derek and his crew did great work and an amazing clean up job before they left. I had a question about the bracing bolts being a bit too long, and the crew came immediately and trimmed them and it looks great. They worked very hard to save a tree my wife desperately wanted to save. As they say, if the wife is happy, I am happy. I am a repeat customer of Lumberjack Tree Service and will definitely use them again. I give them my highest recommendation."

"This project went very well. I needed new sod in my front yard. I contacted Green Stone Landscaping to get a bid and was given a date and time for a survey. Gerardo came to my home to survey the job and I found him to be very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He advised me as to how he would go about the prep work of the yard and sod installation. I found his bid to be competitive and contacted his office a couple of days later to proceed with the job. Gerardo was able to schedule the job the following week. He and his crew arrived as he told me and completed the job in 1 1/2 days. The installation of the sod proceeded just as Gerardo had told me and he advised me how to care for the new sod (watering). I was very pleased with the email communications with Gerardo's wife in the front office. From the time I received the initial quote to the completion of the project, she kept me advised of what was going to happen when. It is now about two weeks after completion and I have a very green yard. "Absolutely do not hire them. They caused thousands in damages to my home while my irrigation lines lawn need to be replaced again. Andrew Manes promised me a NEW 6 zone irrigation system and graded, seeded lawn. He hired a local friend from 5280 landscaping to do the work and he tied into old broken existing lines which resulted in my new basement flooding. They have refused to come back to fix anything but are trying to blame situation on me. Seeking legal remedies now when all they had to do was follow the contract. I’m presently thousands out of pocket and have to pay another company to correct all of their horrible work. I only wish I could do negative stars on review."
