"Carlos showed up to take a look at our guest bathroom. We needed the popcorn ceiling removed. He gave us a quote and said he could start right away. We explained that we had company coming in and needed the bathroom done as soon as possible and as quickly as possible. He said he could do it and he did. He stayed all day until the job was completely done. Very hard worker, polite, and cleaned everything up after he was done. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family. "

They were on schedule every morning and always "hit the ground running" from the time they arrived till they left every evening. They both are professional, friendly, courteous, and extremely hard workers. I quickly noticed these guys have a daily plan for "rain or shine". And they always cleaned up before they rolled out. These guys truly make a perfect team. I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Niki. I'd call her a "on site" consultant. "Hired this company to do painting in my home. My bathroom has not been the same since. Paint on my floor, trim and ceiling. The first time they came out you could see behind the toilet still had wallpaper and had not been painted. Improper prep on the walls led to bubbling at multiple points throughout the room. No sanding or prep to fill in areas where the wallpaper was just pulled off. My room should have been red but multiple areas still had white showing through. No Project Manager follow up until I called to complain. The project manager came out after I complained and agreed things should be better. Rescheduled a time for the work to be completed. The painter was here 30 minutes. Not enough time to sand the walls and prep properly as promised. Came back a few days later to paint, at which time I showed him the same areas of original concern had not been corrected, stayed about an hour and left. My walls still have bubbles, areas without paint etc. Again no project manager follow up. I had to call and complain again before something was done to be told the same group would be coming back out to fix the issues. I refused as I am off the opinion if they could not do it right three times before I do not want them to be the ones to try again. Was told " Let me know how that works for you". Never should have paid all up front. Obviously no incentive to make it right. A mistake I will not make again. The attached pics should tell the story. Pics after the third time out"
