"Cold air blowing through closed windows in the winter may be a sign that it is time to replace old windows. We found Zen Windows after getting a quote from another company who gave us a 2-hour sales pitch. We were almost sold but wanted to be sure it was a good deal. "In my Angie's List search I found that AB Locksmith had a store not far from our home.  Because I wasn't sure what we needed, I took a picture of our door and took it to their location.  The store was light, clean and welcoming and the salesperson was friendly, professional and knowledgable.  We agreed on the locks to secure our doors and their workman arrived the next day at the time we arranged.  The workman ended up installing 4 locks with the number of keys we needed and the work was completed in about an hour.  I couldn't be more pleased.  The ability to talk face-to-face with a locksmith expert in their store significantly influenced this evaluation.
