"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. The work was completed in one day and the installation crew worked together very well and did an excellent job. Some of the old wood roof underneath needed replacing and any questionable wood was replaced. A date for the installation was picked and the crew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. All my questions were answered and the roof looks great. The price was very reasonable from a quality company. I would use Barker roofing again. I also has a small outdoor shed reroofed and they did a nice job doing all the work in one day. They also did an excellent job in doing the clean up after the work was completed. A quality shingle was used with an enhanced warranty as a result of installing all the base material on the new roof as required by the manufacturer. Should last a long time."
