"We have had two bathrooms remodeled by Matthew Ray Homes and are extremely pleased with the results. We had a smaller bath done first and were so satisfied with the results that we had no hesitations to have Matt block out time in his schedule to have the more complex Master Bathroom remodeled six month later. Matt and his crew proved to be very easy to work with and very competent in the trades they performed. The quality of the work is excellent. While we had a reasonable plan as to what we wanted to have done in both bathrooms to modernize and update them, Matt provided useful suggestions that helped us fine tune the final design in a form constructable for Matt and appealing to us. Having the expectations of what the final product should look and function like prior to any demo work proved beneficial to both Matt and to us. Matt was very helpful in recommending products to be used and assisted in obtaining those we had difficulty in providing. The crews that Matt utilized, whether it be his own people or subcontractors, were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, skilled at their trade, and conscientious to do the job correctly. They all made sure of what we wanted before starting their work, asked questions to confirm what was to be done, identified any issues as they became aware of them, offered solutions as needed, considered our input, cleaned up the job site each day, and checked to make sure we were satisfied with the work up to that point. The tile work on the walls and floors was especially well done. We would highly recommend Matt and his crew for any home remodeling project. "Excellent work! We hired Randy to rehab our old mobile home so my elderly mother could live in it as her own home. Work included replacing windows, flooring, hot water heater, replacing thermostat, etc. The trailer was gutted and new plumbing and reinforced flooring was needed, drywall, new faucets in bathroom and kitchen. New shower was installed, new flooring and drywall was installed throughout. In addition, new kitchen cabinets were installed as well. This was a floor to ceiling, wall to wall renovation basically rebuilding the entire trailer. We are so happy and appreciate all the details Randy handled to make this trailer a home. The workmanship was excellent and top notch! We would recommend Top Shelf Handyman to everyone! "I dealt with Mike, he was friendly and gave me a fair price. I got a couple different bids (not everyone showed up of course) and in the end I went with Mike because of his knowledge and expertise. It can be really hard to find someone you can trust around here, and after it was all said and done, I definitely went with right company! The project had some challenges so it didn’t go entirely as expected, but Mike was on the ball and came up with a solution that worked for everyone. "<p>Pool Deck Resurfacing:  Modern Concrete Designs Inc.</p> <p>Sergio is one of the nicest, hardest working and most accommodating contractors I have ever employed.  However, the artistry of working with cement is not yet there.  The edges of the work are the most noticeable.  They were scraped to taper them and yes, the residue ended up either in the pool or off the surrounding deck edge.  Much of the new edging did not even cover the original deck.  To Sergio?s credit, he was taught that sealer and topcoat would cover the imperfections.  I spoke with Ash, the president of the company about this, and he assured me that the edges would never be noticed after the sealers are applied.  Totally not true.  The concrete was applied in stages, and the result was noticeable areas of adjoining applications that did not flow smoothly together causing visible ridges between the various applications.  This was to be a stamped Sea Floor project with Shells, Starfish and Seahorses highlighting the underlying concrete.  The stamping sheets had long ago outlived their usefulness as evidenced by pieces of it left in the pool and along the outside edges.  A few areas had left little or no impressions.  The stamper was a ?helper? and this resulted in concrete splatters over furniture and an adjoining wood deck along with the walls and screens on the back porch.  The top coat which contains Acetone was sprayed on and suffered from considerable overspray.  The next morning I discovered a floating sheet of topcoat that covered almost half of the pool water.  This took two days of netting and filter changing to remove the acetone and the concrete residue.  I should note that I was given a $100 rebate, if I did the cleanup myself.  Upon reflection that was not a wise decision on my part to accept.  Sergio with time and self-determination will improve his skill, but at this moment I cannot recommend Modern Concrete Designs Inc. for pool deck resurfacing.  Project cost: $2200, clean up and living with the results, priceless!</p> <br />"

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him."
