"Quick appointment in less than 48 hrs. Missed promised time window by 45 minutes. Did the work as promised - not much to cleaning a dryer vent. Offered to install a critter guard to keep out birds, mice, etc. Then realized he didn’t have one on the truck. Did crawl under house to check for holes in duct. Would use again."
