"The experience started off great. They made me feel like they cared about our project. The first year I noticed some small cracks here there I figure the concrete was settling. They said they come look at it after the first winter they never showed up. After the second year it started crumbling or concrete started turning to sand. I reached out to make contact with them they replied one time to me but never followed up I kept continuing to call finally I made a post on our local Facebook page and the gentleman reached out to me promise he'd come take a look in the spring spring came and never received any type of contact back. Now just 4 years later my walkway looks worse than the one I replaced. "Art has done multiple projects for me over the last 12 years. He's done everything from fine carpentry to building self wicking vegetable garden tubs, to building a gazebo, to electrical projects, to plumbing repairs and upgrades. "They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They included a lifetime warranty (not my lifetime, but the lifetime of the structure.) We've had subsequent leaking and getting them to revisit has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, they arrive 3 hours late to an appointment and then when they determined the work needed fell within the warranty, they never called to schedule the follow up appointment. When we called, they booked us for 2/8/2019 between 9am-10am. When they didn't show by 11am, we called. They said that because we don't have a cell phone, they couldn't reach us. (We only provided them a home phone number) and that our appointment was cancelled because of an emergency yesterday. They do not care about our business because we have already paid them over $5,000 and they refuse to follow through with their guarantee."

"Adam Krom and his crew did a great job! The crew was very professional, but also very approachable & friendly. They took down 2 trees, and trimmed a third. When they were finished, the only way that you could tell they had been there... was that two trees were gone, and I had a small pile of mulch to use in my garden! They had asked me before they started if I wanted the mulch left, and I said "Yes." I highly recommend, and would only use this company for my tree care!"
