The workmen who actually installed the pavers were like old-world artisans. We needed to replace an old asphalt driveway for our son and daughter-in-law's backyard wedding and, after the work was completed, we received numerous compliments from our neighbors and family members as to how great the pavers look. We are about to undertake the replacement of a fence adjoining our neighbor's property and are excited to know that Paramount Pavers & Construction also does fence construction. We will be calling them for the job."

"I had just finished working with three different contractors on separate projects inside of our new home and wanted to renovate our backyard before hosting a baby shower at the end of the following month. That concentrated experience with different companies (some of which less ideal than others) left me a bit apprehensive but also helped set a standard when it came to finding the right company to revamp our backyard. Upon first meeting Oz and Brandon at our consultation, they far exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service. Sure, they took measurements of our yard and we discussed the scope of the project. However, they also took time to tell me about themselves and their work, and to get to know me and what my goals were for both the final backyard result and the process getting there. Time, affordability, quality, and professionalism were all important to me and I can honestly say that Encore Builders was able to meet all of my needs without drastically sacrificing one for another. As for their communication skills? Before, during, and after this whole experience: grade A. Before we officially decided to green-light Encore and their services, I was waiting on my other half to return home from working out of state so that he and I could discuss, in person. In the meantime, Brandon regularly followed-up via telephone calls - and never in a badgering or pushy manner. It was the perfect level of professionalism I would expect from a successful business. He genuinely wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with the information they provided and that we had a clear understanding of what our options were. For example, they initially recommended utilizing their designer to generate ideas for our backyard but the vision we had seemed relatively straightforward (I even provided rough measurements for it). We decided to forgo the designer and draw out a plan together because they were determined to help make our yard as close to our vision as possible without breaking the bank. After material costs were confirmed, Oz and Brandon would regularly text me with new ideas (minor, but money-saving tweaks) that would help us stay within budget. As far as when the project started, if Oz had not already physically stopped by to check in, he was calling me at the end of the each day to go over the happenings and discuss what I should expect the following day. He also made purchasing materials from suppliers a breeze by doing all of the legwork and acting as an intermediary for the payment process. Then there was the crew who truly cared about their quality of work. Yes, there were a few errors and minor overlooked details along the way - that is inevitable. But unlike the experience I had with previous contractors, the crew was receptive to my concerns, more than willing to correct the matter, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or bad for pointing it out in the first place. And these guys were really putting in the work. Due to an impending storm, we had (rotating) crew members here 7 days straight while our project was completed in 10 days (the bulk of which consisted of demoing, grading, resloping, and replacing 1400sf half grass/half concrete yard with brick/pavers and artificial turf). Of course, at the end of the day, Encore is running a business and making a living but they are incredibly easy to work with and are altruistic when it comes to giving their clients a beautiful yard. They even sent a team back to seal our pavers for us when we inquired about it (paver sealing is not an inherent service). We are over the moon with our results and despite my other half previously advocating for real grass, our artificial turf is so vibrant and convenient that he is eager to get some in our front yard, as well. To be clear, we absolutely plan on renovating our front yard in the near future and will ONLY be calling Encore. Thank you, you have all been phenomenal."

"We wanted our backyard to host guests and the rest with a natural touch. Josef helped us come up with a mix of paver patio and turf. The design worked out better than we thought, making the space look bigger. His team handled the grading and laid a proper base under both sections. The turf drains well, and the pavers stay cool even in the heat. Everything is solid, ad we now use that part of the yard every weekend."

"We recently had System Pavers complete our second backyard project. Phase 1 was in 2014, and it was now time to expand it with a fire pit, larger patio, walls, and a putting green! I still smile when I think about what a kind, creative, meticulous, and enthusiastic guy he is. We were so fortunate to see Aaron every day for almost 3 weeks. He connected with our family in such a fun way. He went through every inch of our yard with us and made sure everything was more than perfect and to our liking. He led his crew well. He communicated with us constantly. He also made sure the whole family, including our 3 young children, had FUN with the construction process. My kids looked forward to having Aaron visit each morning. He was a burst of sunshine and made sure it was a pleasant experience. In fact, we were heartbroken when the project completed because it was such a fantastic experience. Aaron worked long hours to make sure our backyard turned into our dream space for the family. He is extremely knowledgeable in construction and made sure everything was beautiful crafted. We made revisions along the way, and he always overcommunicated to make sure we were happy. We received daily job comments via email that helped us stay updated on the work for each day. Aaron is an outstanding manager and person. Any future job will be lucky to have him as a manager. He â s going places! We were honored to work with him. The end results were flawless and exquisite, thanks to Aaron and the crew he led! Not only were Jeff and Aaron wonderful, but I also want to comment on the workers. We have a large window in our family room that our children and I would look out of each day. We commented that they literally never stopped for one second. They just kept on going and going and going. Their work ethic was outstanding. All the men were respectful, polite, and friendly. They showed up early every day and worked long hours, 6 days a week. They were all experts in their work. We were impressed with their skills. We are now landscaping and enjoying our beautiful new backyard. Phase 2 complete! We canâ t wait for phase 3 next year. With eager hearts, we highly recommend System Pavers to everyone!"

"Good! He responded to my initial request quickly, presented me a contract for an estimate for work to be done. There was an understanding that replacement of sprinklers and repair of any broken lines would have to wait until system was usable. He arrived on time to complete the first phrase of the work. Once the system was running he proceeded to check all individual sprinklers having to replace about a dozen. I did have to call him back, not his fault, one valve was defective and would not work as it should and he had to replace it. He suggested that the controller be replaced, I disagreed. Later he convinced me that the controller needed to be replace so the system would work correctly. He replaced the controller and the system works as I wanted it to, comes on and off at the desired days and time. I would definitely recommend him, friendly, professional, good worker. I will be calling him again. The price below was including all parts and labor."
