He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. "G MF worked hard to satisfy our requests. However, the material provider gave them the wrong color siding, and were unable to provide the correct color. So we agreed to let them install the siding material that they had, and in the end, it appears to be ok, although not the dark brown color that we would have preferred. We give them credit for sticking with the job and tying to do it right."
