It was a particularly hot day (8/3/22) and the crew arrived promptly. it was mesmerizing to watch the guys carefully remove a huge, live Bradford pear and 3 dead trees, and also trim back branches of an oak tree overhanging our roof on. They took great care to ensure our property was not damaged, mulched all tree debris on site and removed it, and cleaned up everything beautifully. Before leaving, Joe made sure we were happy with all aspects of their work. Owner Chad and his son also stopped by while the team was working and checked that we were okay with everything. "A 5 star rating is exactly what they deserve. A major storm hit our area,the heavy winds put a crack in the base of our huge tree .Derrick came out to analyze what needed to be done. He suggested to cut 20% of the tree and to place cables to ensure it doesn't split. A very professional crew came over and did a fantastic job 👏. We are so glad with the outcome."

"Davey Tree's communication is a new level of terrible. I organized an initial consultation which included discussion of tree trimming, fertilization and an insect infestation. In the consultation, I was told that I would be shown which branches and limbs would be cut prior to it occurring by use of a laser pointer. The crew arrived and started cutting without talking to me at all. When I asked them about the laser pointer, they denied knowing that anyone in the company used one. They also did not let me know that the cars in front of the house would need to be moved in order to do the work so I could alert my neighbors in advance. After an apology from Davey for all of this miscommunication, I gave them a second chance. I called to ask them to fertilize the tree that we had discussed during our consultation. I scheduled the call for this morning and then got emails saying it was another consultation and the fertilization would be done at another time. The woman who answers their phone needs to be educated in listening to what the customer needs and then make it happen."

"I would never use this company again. No phone calls before treatments throws items in your yard off to the side. Tore up my yard several times around it. Had aeration already done one week prior. They did it again without talking to me first. Just terrible customer service"

"If I could give The Tree People a 5+ star, I would. From the first initial contact with Cindy to get a quote, to the email follow up from Michael they were very professional. Within a few days I had a written quote emailed to me and the price was better than all 6 others I received. The day of, which was 4 days later, 6 men showed up right on time and within 5 hours I had 4 huge oak trees removed, stumps grinded and everything was cleaned up like they were never there.
